This policy describes how Plein Potentiel Coaching (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit pleinpotentielcoaching.ca. It is written in accordance with Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25) and PIPEDA principles.
1. Data controller
Plein Potentiel Coaching, represented by Josée Brouillette, is responsible for the processing of your personal information. For any question, contact us at info@pleinpotentielcoaching.ca.
2. Information we collect
- Information you provide: first name, last name, email, phone, and message when you fill out a contact form or subscribe to our newsletter.
- Technical information: pages visited, time on site, device type, browser, referral source (only if you accept analytics cookies).
3. Purposes
- Reply to your inquiries and deliver our coaching and training services;
- Send our newsletter and offers, with your explicit consent;
- Measure site traffic and improve content (analytics cookies);
- Comply with our legal obligations.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies grouped into three categories:
- Essential — required for the site to function. Always active.
- Analytics — Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited). Anonymized traffic measurement (truncated IP). Enabled only with your consent.
- Marketing — ad pixels and cross-channel tracking. No marketing cookies are active today; this category will apply if we add any.

5. Processors and transfers
- Mailchimp (Intuit Inc., USA) — email and newsletter management. When you subscribe, your information is transferred to Mailchimp for processing. Mailchimp privacy policy.

Some of these providers process data outside Quebec. We ensure they offer adequate protection through contractual safeguards.
6. Retention
We retain your information for as long as needed for the purposes described above, or as long as you remain subscribed to our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of our emails.
7. Your rights (Law 25)
You have the right to access your personal information, request corrections, withdraw your consent, request the cessation of dissemination or deletion of your data, and file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec. 8. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against loss, unauthorized access, or disclosure.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated. The last update date appears at the top of the document.
